Teaching

Evelyn demonstrates a technique for her class in 2011

I LOVE TEACHING!!  There simply is nothing better!  Before I became a teacher at TESAA, I was a student.  Beginning in 2003, I have traveled to Williamsburg to attend classes at Appliqué Academy.  That time each year is always magical to me as 200+ eager students descend upon The Williamsburg Hospitality House for laughter, learning, reconnecting with long-time friends, and making new ones.  In 2011, I was honored to be a guest artist.  In 2012, I experienced the joy of being what Elly calls “a full professor.” Talk about exciting!

Here are pictures of my students from 2012.
